Yoga will be taught as a system of physical exercise, no empty talk about acquiring supernatural powers and solving all life problems. Lessons will consist mostly of doing positions, asanas. Exercise will be physically intense, intended mainly for people in reasonable physical shape.
Students must wear loose sport clothes and have a thin mat or a blanket
because many exercises are done laying or sitting on the floor. Do not
eat for at least 4 hours before the class.

If you suffer from any illness that may interfere with intense physical exercise, you may want to get clearance from your doctor.
Inverted poses (Headstand, Shoulderstand) should not be performed with high blood pressure, heart problems, detached retina. Kapalabhati (breathing exercise) should not be done after three months of pregnancy.
If, at any moment during the exercise, you don't feel well, stop.
Money return policy
Fees for abonnements are refunded for any reason, minus the payment for the number of classes actually attended, computed by the lowest possible tariff. For example, if a participant paid 180 francs for a semester abonnement and wants to leave after taking 5 classes, the classes are charged with the 3 lesson tariff 14 francs per class. This results in 180 - 5x14 = 110 francs returned. the number of canceled classes.
If some classes are canceled, fees for semester abonnement are refunded in proportion to the number of canceled classes.
